All rents are due on the 1st of each month and must be postmarked by then.
$25 late fee for any rent received after the 1st of the month.
$5 Fee for every day late after the 3rd of the month.
$50 fee for returned checks.

-Make sure smoke alarms are working
-Make sure furnace filters are replaced every 3 months to save on energy costs
